New Restaurants in Purcellville

Joining the Purcellville food scene this summer are Petit Loulou and Bada Bing Bagels. Both restaurants are scheduled to be built in the shops at Main and Maple and open this summer.

Dusty Lockhart and her husband Stefano Frigerio have planned to open Petit Loulou, a creperie, cafe and bakery since they moved here in 2014. They, with their children, dreamed up the concept of selling crepes and went to work. The idea will become reality as Petit Loulou is scheduled to open this summer. With hopes to provide the largest crepe selection west of Paris, Petit Loulou will have an extensive menu that includes fresh crepes, croissants, pastries, coffee, soups, and sandwiches.

Marnie and Seth Castellano plan on opening Bada Bing Bagels in Purcellville this June. The store will be open Wednesday-Sunday from 7am until 2pm, and will serve bagels, sandwiches, and desserts. Many flavors of bagels and cream cheeses will be offered so that customers can create their own flavor combinations. The couple hopes to bring New York Style Water Bagels, inspired by the time they spent in the New Jersey/New York area, to Purcellville.

“The store will be a fun upbeat environment for patrons to enjoy their water bagels and espresso or coffee,” says Seth Castellano.

Purcellville is always expanding with new local businesses, and these two new restaurants will surely diversify the food scene.
